Data protection law requires us to have your consent to keep any of your personal details, and to use your details to contact you.
You can opt in or out of us contacting you as you wish, but we need your agreement to keeping your details.
We try as hard as we can to make horse riding accessible to people with disabilities, injuries or health issues. But for your safety, and to get the most out of your lessons, we need to know about any issues that will affect your riding, or that would need to be given to medical professionals if you have an accident.
We don't share your information with anyone. We keep it in our database so that whichever of our instructors takes your lesson will be aware. It never leaves our premises except as encrypted backups for which no external party has a key.
When you enter information on this form it is encrypted and sent to us immediately through a cloud service, and not stored anywhere else. You can't even access it yourself directly after you've sent it. If there is anything you don't want to enter online, leave it blank for now and let us know when you arrive, and we will fill it in then.
